I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing the perspective of someone who has led commercial businesses, built technology, and governed organisations.
My experience spans consumer and business-to-business markets, agribusiness, industrial products, recruitment, emerging technology and commercialisation. From startups to billion-dollar businesses, I've worked with leadership teams to clarify how they create value, how customers make decisions and what it takes to translate strategy into repeatable execution.
As a non-executive director and former CEO of an AI and robotics venture, I also bring practical insight into technology risk, organisational accountability and the balance between innovation and oversight.
